1. Cucumber Mint Water

Take a large serving glass, add chilled water with a chopped cucumber and sprinkle some mint over it to make a cooling summer drink. 2. Ginger Cooler

This spicy cooler drink may counter the increasing body temperature whereas spicy drinks actually help your body regulate its temperature. All you need is 1/4 chopped ginger, 1/2 bunch of chopped mint leaves, juice of one lime, 6 glass sparkling water and sweetener of your choice (if you are on diet you can avoid it), just combine all of the ingredients in a blender to make a chilled serving of this ginger cooler drink.

3. Green Ice Tea With Lemon and Mint

Avoid heating up the house with the burners and make your tea naturally, but this will take bit pre-planning and few efforts. For making this tea, you will require 15 bags of organic green tea, 1 gallon of water, 1/2 bunch chopped mint leaves and juice of 2 lemons. Combine the tea bags, water and mint in a clean gallon sized container and set it out in the sun for around 3-4 hours, depending upon how dark you would like your tea. After that remove the tea bags and add the lemon juice and sweetener as of your choice.

4. Make A Lemon-Orange Zero Calorie Mixer

A zero-calorie mixer is the better choice over full-calorie mixers fully loaded with sugar. For a refreshing summer cocktail, just add refreshing citrus herb infused water to your drink. Here are the citrus fruits that you would require to prepare zero-calorie drink:

●1 Orange, thinly sliced into rounds
●1 Lemon, thinly sliced into round shape
●1 Unpeeled cucumber, sliced into round
●3 Springs of each thyme- mint, fennel fronds and tarragon
●1 Tablespoon squeezed lemon juice
●1 cups of sparkling water

Just blend all the ingredients in the blender to make a wonderful zero-calorie smoothie and keep it in a refrigerate for a minimum of one hour before serving.

Coconut water is fully loaded with health benefits. It’s rich in electrolytes and potassium which makes it perfect for replenishing your body after exposure to the summer heat.
