3. Spinach And Apple Juice


2-3 mediums sized chopped apples
2 cups of coarsely chopped spinach
A few drops of lemon juice
1/2 cup of red lettuce leaves or carrot greens
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 Teaspoon kosher salt

Procedure to Make Juice

Take your blender and add all the ingredients in it. Blend it till you can see a smooth juice in the blender jar. Add a little-crushed ice in a glass and pour it into a glass with a little garnishing of mint leaves.
